We got an unexpected treat today! I had my usual Friday off work and Kevin had jury duty. That's not the treat. We started off the morning with the girls' appt. at the pediatrician for shots(thank you Mom for coming with us!). The girls did very well waiting 35 mins for the Dr. to pop her head in and check Lucy's ears. Both ear infections are completely cleared up so the girls got 2 shots each. They cried briefly and were such troopers. We ran a quick errand and were home for late morning naps. While the girls (and Mommy) were napping, Kevin was released for the day from jury duty!
After a quick lunch, we packed up the girls and decided to get out of the house for awhile and run some errands. The girls love riding around in their stroller and as long as they're moving and there are things to look at they're so good. Daddy got a new phone and Mommy got to exchange/return a few things before we were home just in time for afternoon naps. It was a nice start to the weekend.
