On my to-do list is to upload a few videos of the girls. I'm hoping to get to this during nap time.
In the meantime, here are a few quick updates I realize I'd neglected to post.
We're done with baby food and have moved entirely to regular table food. Some days are better than others, but overall they are good eaters. Our favorites are peas, green beans, carrots, potatoes and bread. We try to introduce them to new items everyday and are hoping they take to more stuff soon because we're sick of the usual rotation.
They are also, as of yesterday, completely on cow's milk. They were down to one session of night nursing, more for my sake than theirs, but now we've eliminated that. Teething and ear infections set Lucy back on the switch from soy to regular milk so she's still 1/2 soy 1/2 regular milk. We're working our way over to completely cow's milk since she no longer has a reaction to it. She seems to have grown out of that, thank goodness.
And they're walking! Olivia can stand up from sitting without holding onto anything and then walk as far as she wants without falling. It's still odd to turn around and see her just standing in the middle of the room. Lucy can stand on her own and take a few steps, but her balance isn't quite there yet so she prefers to have at least one hand on something. She has been watching Olivia and attempting to copy how she stands up on her own so I don't think it will be much longer for her too. They love to stand up and walk their push toys all over the house (vacuum, lawn mower, shopping cart, musical table and car). Thank you for those wonderful birthday presents!
They've learned more body parts including nose and feet and also starting doing sign language for milk. Such smart little girls!

Just so you know--I won't judge if perhaps one day their push toy vacuums are replaced with small Dyson vacuums...I got my first Hoover and was shown how to operate it at age 3. ;P
