We had a wonderful day surrounded by all of our family. We had a yummy and oh so filling brunch at Miama & Grandpa's house where we hunted eggs, and the girls got to spend plenty of time with their aunts, uncles and cousins. It is so fun to see how they immediately take to their cousins, Madeline & Jack. The girls are fascinated with everything they do and love to interact with them. Madeline & Jack are so cute and loving to the girls.
After a quick trip home to attempt naps (which were unsuccesful for many reasons but mostly because of the earthquake), we headed over to Grandpa & Grandma's house to visit, hunt more eggs and enjoy a delicious dinner. After learning that these little plastic eggs held an assortment of treats that morning(including puffs and cheerios), the girls knew right away what to do once they found the hidden eggs. It wasn't long before cheerios and puffs were scattered all over the house as they broke into each and every egg.
By the time we made it home, the girls were full, tired and oh so happy. It was an amazing Easter made even more special by the fact it will be our last with Grandpa. It couldn't have been any better!
