Birthday Part 2

What a beautiful day for a park birthday! We definitely had lots of luck with the weather and finding an open patio area at Arlington Heights Sports Park on Saturday. Everyone joined us at "the big park" for some snacks, pizza, whiffle ball and plenty of park playtime.

We had so much fun seeing the girls run around and play with everyone. It's so different not having to constantly be holding/supervising/helping them. We actually got to hang out, enjoy the party and talk to people! It was just a nice relaxing afternoon on a sunny SoCal day.

The girls loved everything about their party. They like talking about everyone who was there, who gave them which presents and what games they played with everyone. They are such lucky girls to have such a large, loving family nearby to be such a big part of their lives.

As usual, the girls were spoiled rotten with presents. They got books, pretend cleaning toys, clothes, bubbles, hats, a tea set, stick horses, tball sets, stickers, animals, dress up shoes, flowers, puzzles, blocks, balloons and so much more. They love everything and I've overheard them telling each other who gave them each toy when they take it out to play. We're glad they at least remember because our brains are spinning looking at all this stuff and trying to remember who gave what.

Thank you to everyone who made their (and our) day so extra special. We have wonderful family and friends who love our girls like their own.
