Of course the girls wanted every single thing they saw in the stores, on commercials and in ads. Popular this year with them were Doc McStuffins, Frozen movie items, Barbie items and anything My Little Pony or Hello Kitty. Pretty much anything they saw was followed by a "I always wanted that!" or "Maybe Santa will bring me that!"
We explained to them that Santa only brings them one toy so they had to decide which toy they wanted to ask Santa to bring them. After seeing the movie Frozen, Lucy decided she wanted the Kristoff doll and Olivia wanted the snowman Olaf (after initially wanting Hans- "the mean guy"). Olivia had it in her head that there was a Barbie-sized Olaf doll and after much researching and searching stores, I came to the conclusion that she imagined this since there were only small figurines or larger plush dolls of Olaf. Anyway, Santa pulled through and brought Lucy Kristoff, Olivia a singing Olaf plush and the both of them a Hans doll too. They must have been extra good this year to get an extra Santa present!
