Found my long lost Christmas post.
Christmas was awesome. Kevin, the kids and I all had the 2 weeks of Christmas and New Years off together. We didn't do a lot but it was nice to relax, spend time with family, enjoy the season and not have to go out in the ridiculously freezing weather we had (we weren't lucky enough to get the snow that other parts of the area did though).
Santa brought the girls new bikes and Andrew a Cozy Coupe car. They loved everything and enjoyed opening presents together, seeing what everyone got and they also played so well together afterwards. It was so fun to just sit back and watch the girls teach Andrew how to use all his new toys. They really are amazing, thoughtful and kind big sisters.
Andrew wasn't quite into opening presents but he did love checking out each thing as the girls opened their stuff (and eventually his stuff too). In true boy form, he sat on all the boxes, kicked or threw anything round and hit anything that was noisy on the table or ground. He loved it! He never really bothered with the tree, in fact he avoided it at first. Then he got used to it and left it alone.
